I’m so pleased with the powerful work we accomplished together in your Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) session. To support and deepen your results, please follow the guidance below for the next 21 days—and beyond.
Your Personalized Recording: You’ll receive your bespoke transformational audio within 24 hours of your session.
1. Listen Daily for 21 Days
Play your recording every day for at least 21 consecutive days to reinforce and make the changes permanent. You may continue listening after 21 days as long as it feels supportive.
Ideal times: first thing in the morning, before sleep, or anytime you're facing challenges or interacting with old patterns.
2. Safe Listening
Please do not listen while driving or operating machinery. It’s important to be in a safe, relaxed environment.
3. Subconscious Listening
It’s perfectly fine if you fall asleep while listening—the subconscious mind remains highly receptive and continues to absorb the suggestions.
Understanding the Process of Change
RTT often creates powerful shifts that may unfold in different ways:
Change Can Be Gradual or Immediate
Some people experience instant breakthroughs; others notice change over time or only in hindsight. Like a headache that fades without notice, transformation often becomes clear after it has occurred. Trust the process—your subconscious is making profound shifts.
Familiarity Creates Lasting Change
Your old beliefs may have been reinforced for years. New beliefs become permanent through repetition. If the recording feels unfamiliar or uncomfortable at first, that’s normal. Stick with it—it really works.
Emotional Detox Is Normal
You may feel emotional, fatigued, or even experience physical symptoms like flu-like sensations or vivid dreams. Some clients also report feelings of anger or increased sensitivity to negativity. This is your body and mind releasing outdated emotional patterns—an essential part of the healing process.
Additional Memories May Arise
Your subconscious may continue processing and "filing" related memories. This is a natural integration of the insights from your session.
Support & Next Steps
Be gentle with yourself. You are becoming your greatest ally and best friend.
Allow joy, clarity, and lightness to surface—even if you can’t explain why.
You may feel more grounded, more compassionate, and less reactive in daily life.
Your next appointment is scheduled for a week or 2 after the initial RTT. Make sure you have it scheduled.

Final Thoughts
In the days following your session, your subconscious mind may toggle between the “old” and the “new.” This is completely normal. Your body may also feel tired as it finally begins to relax after long periods of hypervigilance. Let yourself rest and recover—you’re safe now.
You are enough. You are worthy of transformation. You are becoming the best version of yourself every single day.
