Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD): Anxiety triggered by traumatic experiences.
Health Anxiety (Hypochondria): Excessive worry about personal or loved ones' health.

Anxiety can manifest in:
Physical Symptoms:
Increased heart rate, shortness of breath, fatigue, insomnia.
Emotional Symptoms:
Constant worry, restlessness, irritability, a sense of impending doom.

Racing thoughts, trouble concentrating, overthinking.
Common Feelings
Anxiety often leads to feelings of:
Fear – Worry about the future.
Helplessness – Feeling out of control.
Insecurity – Doubts about yourself.
Overwhelm – Struggling to handle life's demands.
Medical Approaches
Standard treatments for anxiety include:
Medication: Antidepressants or benzodiazepines.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Changing thought patterns.
Mindfulness and Relaxation: Breathing exercises, meditation, and lifestyle changes.
However, these may not address the root causes of anxiety and often provide only temporary relief.
Practical Steps to Help
Here are a few ways to manage anxiety:
Practice Deep Breathing to activate the relaxation response.
Exercise Regularly to boost mood and reduce stress.
Limit Caffeine and Sugar to avoid exacerbating anxiety.
Establish a Relaxing Routine to improve sleep and reduce nighttime anxiety.
By incorporating these practical steps into your daily life, you can reduce the impact of anxiety and create a more peaceful, balanced experience.
How RTT Can Help
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a highly effective tool for addressing the root causes of anxiety. Unlike traditional therapies that often focus on managing symptoms, RTT targets the subconscious mind, where deep-seated emotional blocks, limiting beliefs, and unresolved traumas reside. This allows for lasting change and profound transformation.
RTT typically involves 3 to 6 sessions, each lasting about 2 hours. The process is deeply personalized to each client, ensuring that the work is targeted to their unique experiences and needs. Each session brings profound relief and a new frame of mind.
Here's a breakdown of how RTT works:
Session 1: Exploration of Life Events and Thought Loops
In the first session, Tori will explore key aspects of your life, including childhood experiences, significant life events, and your current thought patterns. It is important to understand that anxiety isn’t necessarily caused by the events themselves, but rather the limiting beliefs that were formed in response to those events—beliefs like “I am not safe,” or “I am not enough to protect myself.” Tori will help you uncover these underlying beliefs and start to challenge the thought loops that reinforce your anxiety.Session 2: RTT Method (Hypnotherapy) + Customized Transformation Audio
In the second session, Tori will guide you through the RTT method using hypnotherapy. This involves entering a light trance, where the subconscious mind becomes more receptive to change. In this relaxed state, the mind typically takes you to 3 scenes from childhood that hold emotional significance. Tori will guide you to connect with the emotions and beliefs you formed during these scenes. By the end of the session, Tori will help you reframe these beliefs, letting go of the parts of your subconscious that are creating the anxiety. At the end of this session, you will receive a customized transformational audio designed specifically for you. This audio is a powerful tool that helps reinforce the changes made during the session by reprogramming your subconscious mind through repetition. Listening to this audio daily allows you to continue the healing process, clear old limiting beliefs (the weeds), and plant new, empowering beliefs (the seeds), helping you to reframe your relationship with anxiety and achieve lasting results.
Following Sessions: RTT Continuation (Healing Vortex, More Hypnotherapy, and CCT)
In subsequent sessions, Tori will continue to use the RTT method to reinforce and expand upon the changes made in the first two sessions. These sessions may involve techniques such as:Healing Vortex: A visualization technique that helps release deep-seated emotions and trauma, facilitating emotional healing and relaxation.
Additional Hypnotherapy: Continued hypnotherapy to address remaining emotional blocks or patterns, ensuring that any lingering anxiety or unresolved trauma is fully addressed.
CCT (Cell Command Therapy): For clients dealing with physical symptoms related to anxiety, such as IBS, autoimmune conditions, sleep disorders, and more, Tori may incorporate Cell Command Therapy into the sessions. CCT is a powerful technique that works with the subconscious mind to command the cells of the body to heal and release physical conditions that are tied to emotional stress and anxiety. By addressing the physical manifestations of anxiety, CCT can help alleviate symptoms and promote overall health and well-being.
With RTT and CCT, clients typically experience profound shifts in just 3 to 6 sessions. The work done in each session builds on the previous one, creating a strong foundation for lasting change. RTT is a solution-oriented, results-driven therapy that doesn’t just mask symptoms but addresses the root causes of anxiety, allowing clients to break free from old patterns and live with greater peace of mind, emotional resilience, and confidence.
“Today was our final session and I can’t begin to tell you how dramatically Tori has changed my outlook and my future.I feel less stressed and more hopeful, less anxious and more confident and mostly less pained and more healed. I now have tools to manage my anxiety and greater understanding of the root causes.Basically she showed me in just three months how RTT or rapid transformational therapy allows you to break through the toxic noise in your brain and convert the negativity to positive thoughts. It works like magic and there are no side effects like with prescriptions. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, phobias or other emotional blocks (even infertility) I would highly recommend working with Tori. She is genuine, sincere, insightful, compassionate and brilliant.”
