Session 3 — Quieting the Mind & Rebalancing Thoughts

This session helps you quiet racing thoughts and find emotional clarity.
Through gentle hypnosis, we bring both sides of your brain into harmony so you can think clearly and feel centered.
You’ll leave with a sense of balance and ease — mentally, emotionally, and physically.
