The first part of the session is focused on discovery. This is your time to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface—what’s been influencing your thoughts, behaviors, and experiences. As we talk, you’ll begin to recognize patterns, beliefs, and emotional triggers that may have felt unclear until now.

Together, we’ll identify the decisions you’ve been making—consciously or unconsciously—and what’s ready to shift. This process naturally sparks new ways of thinking and opens the door to doing things differently. I’ll also draw on my clairvoyant insight to support this unfolding, offering intuitive reflections that bring even more clarity. But the most impactful realizations always come from within you.   • Transforming Looping Thoughts: If you find yourself stuck in negative, repetitive thoughts (like "I’m not good enough" or "This will never work"), we’ll use RTT to identify and shift those patterns. I’ll guide you on how to replace these limiting thoughts with empowering beliefs that align with your goals.

While we won’t move into the full 2-hour RTT process just yet, you’ll receive a deeply relaxing sample of what RTT hypnotherapy feels like—enough to begin shifting your inner landscape right away.

Together, we’ll begin to explore the emotional roots of what’s been keeping you stuck. Through therapeutic dialogue and the power of hypnotherapy, I’ll help you uncover the beliefs and patterns that have been quietly shaping your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. As your nervous system settles, your mind becomes more open to releasing what no longer serves you.

Many clients experience immediate clarity and emotional relief from this first session. You’ll also leave with a soothing, personalized hypnosis audio designed to continue calming your mind and reinforcing supportive, healing thought patterns in the days ahead..

5. After the Session: Emotional Shifts and Integration
