1. Initial Conversation: Understanding Your Challenges and Goals
The first part of the session is all about you. We'll have an open and supportive conversation where you can share your goals, challenges, and anything you’re struggling with. Whether you’re facing anxiety, stress, relationship issues, or something else, I’ll listen closely to understand what’s going on.
As we talk, I’ll also tap into my clairvoyant abilities to gain additional insights. These intuitive messages often reveal things that might not be immediately obvious—patterns or emotions that have been affecting you on a deeper level. But the most powerful insights will come from you. My role is to help guide you to uncover your own inner wisdom, which is always the most transformative and lasting.
2. Practical Tools for Anxiety and Stress Relief
You won’t just talk about your challenges—you’ll also get immediate tools you can use right away to manage anxiety and stress. Whether you're in a breakthrough session or starting a program, I’ll teach you practical, easy-to-apply techniques that you can practice on your own.
3-Step Anxiety Relief Technique: A simple but effective tool you can use on the spot whenever you feel anxious:
Transforming Looping Thoughts: If you find yourself stuck in negative, repetitive thoughts (like "I’m not good enough" or "This will never work"), we’ll use RTT to identify and shift those patterns. I’ll guide you on how to replace these limiting thoughts with empowering beliefs that align with your goals.
HeartMath Techniques: These scientifically-backed methods help you create coherence in your system—bringing calm and emotional balance in minutes. You’ll learn how to use simple breathwork to create a positive emotional state, which you can practice daily to reduce stress and improve clarity.
3. Exploring the Root Cause: A Sample of RTT
In this first session, while we won’t dive into the full 2-hour RTT session, you’ll experience a powerful sample of what RTT is all about. We’ll begin to explore the root causes of your challenges. RTT is all about getting to the subconscious mind and uncovering those deep-seated beliefs or emotional blocks that keep you stuck.
This part of the session isn’t the full RTT process, but it’s enough to give you a clear sense of how RTT works. Many clients experience real transformation just from this initial session—shifts that bring clarity and emotional relief. Through my clairvoyant insights, I’ll help you uncover the emotional patterns, beliefs, or experiences that have shaped how you feel right now. You’ll begin to understand why you’ve been struggling, and we’ll start releasing the old patterns that no longer serve you.
4. Personalized Audio for Reinforcement
At the end of your session, I’ll give you a personalized hypnosis audio. This audio is designed to reinforce the positive changes we’ve made in our session and to help you continue shifting your subconscious mind. You’ll listen to this audio regularly to help anchor the new beliefs and insights, and it’s an essential tool for making lasting transformation.
Listening to your personalized audio daily (especially during the first 21 days) will help solidify the changes you’ve made, making the new beliefs stick in your subconscious and creating lasting change.
5. After the Session: Emotional Shifts and Integration
After the session, you may notice emotional shifts or feel a sense of relief. Many clients report feeling lighter, calmer, or more at ease, while others may experience emotional releases as old patterns are cleared away. These shifts are normal, and part of the healing process.
Integration is important—it takes time for the subconscious to fully accept and embody new beliefs. Some of the changes may happen immediately, while others may unfold gradually. Trust the process, and be patient with yourself as the transformation continues.
