The second session builds on the foundation created in the first, diving even further into uncovering and healing emotional blocks while reinforcing the positive changes that will support your goals.

What to Expect in the Second RTT Session
1. Induction: Entering a Deeper State of Consciousness
The second RTT session begins with an induction designed to guide you into a deeper state of relaxation, similar to a meditative or final yoga pose. In this phase, I’ll guide you to look up toward your eyebrows, signaling to your brain that we're moving into one of the deeper states of consciousness—either alpha or theta. These states are highly relaxed and receptive, where the conscious mind drifts away, and the subconscious mind comes forward to express its wisdom.
This induction helps shift the brain from a regular, active state to a more relaxed and receptive state, allowing the subconscious mind to be open to the healing work we are about to do. The subconscious is the keeper of all your memories and beliefs, and it knows everything—it's just waiting for the right opportunity to share its insights.
2. Defining the Question for the Subconscious Mind
As you move deeper into relaxation, we’ll decide what key question we want to ask the subconscious. Whether it's about fertility, lack of motivation, anxiety, overthinking, addiction, or any other block, we’re setting the intention to uncover the root cause of the issue. The question is always focused on the underlying cause that’s keeping you stuck or holding you back in life.
In this session, we’ll direct the subconscious mind to bring forth answers related to the block you’re experiencing. The subconscious mind holds the answers to why these issues persist, often tied to unresolved emotional wounds or beliefs formed earlier in life.
3. Exploring Key Childhood Scenes
Once we’ve set the question, I will guide your mind to three different scenes in the past—usually from childhood—that are connected to the issue we're addressing. These scenes often involve moments where you were helpless, confused, or in a situation that led you to form limiting beliefs about yourself.
For example, you might find yourself revisiting a time when you were made to feel unworthy or incapable. Childhood is a time when your brain wasn’t yet developed enough to fully understand the actions and intentions of the adults around you. As a result, you may have made subconscious decisions like “I’m not good enough” or “I’m not worthy of love,” which have remained with you into adulthood.
4. Identifying Emotions and Beliefs
As we revisit these childhood scenes, we’ll uncover the emotions you were feeling at the time and the beliefs you formed about yourself. These beliefs, often formed during early childhood, can be deeply ingrained and can continue to affect your life as an adult. They may be the root cause of your current challenges, such as feeling stuck in your fertility journey or dealing with anxiety.
But here’s where it gets interesting. In RTT, we don’t just uncover these emotions and beliefs—we speak with the part of you that is causing the issue. Whether it’s anxiety, infertility, addiction, or any other struggle, we have a conversation with this part of your subconscious that holds the pattern. Often, we can see that this part of you is actually trying to help, even though its way of doing so is harming you. It may be trying to protect you, get attention, or even punish you in some way. However, it’s keeping you small, not seen, and stuck, especially if it feels unsafe or unsupported from childhood.
When we address this part of you, we often see how it’s hurting you more than helping. The understanding and compassion we bring to this part of you is where the transformation happens. We allow this part to know that it no longer needs to protect you in this way. We tell it to go, giving you back your personal power and freedom.
5. Upgrading Your Inner Child
After identifying the emotions and beliefs from the past, we’ll work on upgrading your inner child—the part of you that still holds onto those old feelings and beliefs. We’ll declare that you are now an adult and are no longer the helpless child you once were.
This part of the process is incredibly healing. I will guide you to give praise to yourself, address any adult who may have harmed or influenced you negatively, and clarify who you are now as a capable, resourceful adult. You’ll declare your freedom and independence, stepping into the truth that you are worthy, deserving, and fully equipped to create the life you desire.
6. Empowering New Beliefs
In the second session, we also focus on reinforcing new, empowering beliefs. As you upgrade your inner child, we reprogram your subconscious to adopt thoughts and affirmations that align with your desires and goals. Whether it’s releasing anxiety, embracing your fertility journey, or overcoming self-doubt, we’ll rewire your mind to believe in your ability to create lasting change.
Through RTT's powerful techniques, we’ll replace the old limiting beliefs with affirmations like “I am worthy of love and success” or “I am fully capable of achieving my goals.” These new beliefs will guide you forward and create a solid foundation for lasting transformation.
7. Personalized Audio for Continued Transformation
At the end of the session, you’ll receive a personalized hypnosis audio recording designed to reinforce the positive changes made during the session. This audio will contain the new beliefs, suggestions, and affirmations we’ve worked on, ensuring that your subconscious mind remains aligned with your goals.
Listening to this audio daily will help solidify the changes, keeping you on track as you continue your journey of transformation. It’s a powerful tool to maintain the momentum and integrate the shifts into your everyday life.
